Yes, CharMix is free to download and use. You can swipe, match, chat, and use stories at no cost. We offer optional premium features like super likes and virtual gifts through in-app purchases, but the core dating experience is completely free.

Video roulette connects you with a random match for a live one-on-one video chat. Just tap the Roulette tab, hit start, and you'll be paired with someone looking for the same experience. If there's chemistry, you can add them as a match. If not, just skip to the next person.

Stories are visible to other CharMix members for 24 hours. You control who sees them through your match preferences — only people within your selected age range and distance will see your stories.

Once you match with someone, you can start chatting immediately from the Chat tab. You can also react to their story to break the ice naturally, or use the AI Dating Coach to get personalized conversation starters based on their profile.

CharMix takes safety seriously. Video chats are peer-to-peer encrypted, and our moderation team actively monitors for inappropriate behavior. You can report and block anyone instantly during a video chat, and repeat offenders are permanently removed from the platform.

Use clear, recent photos (at least 3), write a short bio that shows your personality, and fill in your interests. Profiles with stories get 3x more matches — posting a story shows you're active and real.

Yes. You can delete your account at any time from Profile > Settings > Delete Account. All your data, photos, messages, and matches will be permanently removed within 30 days, in compliance with privacy regulations.
