CharMix provides an interactive social entertainment platform. Please understand:

• Some profiles on the platform are Chat Buddies – accounts designed to provide fun conversation and engagement
• Chat Buddies are available for messaging and social interaction within the app
• Not all account holders are available for in-person meetings
• You should not expect that every interaction will lead to meeting in person

06.User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any commercial or business purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Collect data about other users without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share personal contact information in your profile
• Engage in spam or unsolicited communications

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

08.Privacy & Data Protection

You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide license to use content you upload for the purpose of operating the service.
